The Plan

The whole plan for today is to organize my notes and figure out which pieces of information I will use.

What I Did

Today I did exactly what I set out to do, and organized all my notes. I ended up creating 7 terms/topics to talk about including Mycorrhizal Fungi, direct seeding, cover crops, nutrient cycling, tilling, aggregates and organic matter. For all of these terms, I came up with definition information and notecard information. The definition information is what will be placed under the terms so when I am not at my board people can still learn. The notecard information is essentially my speaker's notes so if I get stuck when presenting I have some reminders of things to talk about. After collecting the information and deciding where it will go, I then proceeded to determine what I wanted the font, size, color, and spacing of the text to be.

Reflection

Today was a little more stressful than I would have liked…due to the 40 pages of notes I took, it took the whole school day to determine which information I was going to use. Meaning that when I got home around 7ish I still had to proofread everything and determine the formatting of my text, both of which ended up taking up a lot more time than I initially thought.
